Your audit request & privacy

Fix My Attic Vent is a service of My Family Roofer. We collect the name, email, phone number and property address you submit so My Family Roofer can respond to your energy audit request and coordinate service. We also save referral and campaign information when available to understand how homeowners find this page.

If you use the address-based roof estimator, we send the street address, city and ZIP code you enter to Google Maps Platform for geocoding and roof-footprint data. The lookup does not book an appointment. We display the measurement temporarily for your estimate and do not store Google roof measurements or geocoding results in our lead database. If you continue to the audit form, we carry over only the address you originally entered. Anonymous usage counters help limit requests and control costs. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to its processing.

Submitting this form lets us contact you about this request. It does not enroll you in a marketing subscription or reserve an appointment. Appointment scheduling is a separate step through Calendly, whose own privacy policy applies when you use its service.
